Once upon a time there was a little girl named Emma who was very excited about Christmas. She had already received many gifts, but she still wanted something very special.
On Christmas Eve, when Emma was in her room, she suddenly heard a soft buzzing. She looked out the window and saw a beautiful toadstool floating outside her window.
Emma was immediately excited and opened the window to let the toadstool in. The toadstool flew straight to Emma and sat on her shoulder. He told her that he was a magic toadstool and that he could grant her a wish.
Emma was so excited and didn’t know what to wish for. The toadstool told her to wish for something she had always wanted. Emma thought about it for a moment and then said, “I wish for my family to always be happy.” The toadstool smiled and disappeared in a golden light.
The next day, Emma was surprised to see that her wish had come true. Her family was happier than ever and everyone had a wonderful Christmas season.
Emma had never forgotten the magical toadstool and every Christmas she remembered the magical encounter.
